Port of Everett Now Accepting Applications for Annual Community Sponsorships; Applications Due May 1, 2023
On an annual basis, the Port of Everett Commission awards sponsorships to community programs and events that support tourism or economic development within the Port District. The Port Commission has committed $35,000 to the program in 2023.
Priority funding for the Port’s community sponsorship program is given to programs and events that promote Port properties and facilities, promote tourism throughout the Port District, provide economic development opportunities and/or promote education and public awareness.
The application deadline is Monday, May 1, 2023, by 5 p.m. PST. Submittals are requested in electronic format, e-mailed to publicaffairs@portofeverett.com. Sponsorships are anticipated to be awarded in mid-May.
Please note: All sponsorship awards are considered conditional approvals. If an awarded program or event is cancelled for any reason (and not rescheduled in 2023), the Port reserves the right to rescind sponsorship funding and/or re-allocate to another eligible event or program.
