NOTICE: TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - Port of Everett's 13th Street to partially close to complete sewer line repair starting Wednesday, April 1 for up to two weeks

Date: Apr 1, 2020
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE:

Port of Everett’s 13th Street to partially close to complete sewer line repair starting Wednesday, April 1 for up to two weeks

For the past several weeks, Port contractor Strider Construction has been working on an emergency sewer line repair along 13th Street – one of the two main access roads to the Port of Everett waterfront. The road has remained open to traffic during this time, but as the contractor enters its final phase of this essential utility work, they have identified the need to excavate a portion of the street to complete the repair. Beginning Wednesday, April 1, the two eastbound lanes of 13th Street, east of the roundabout, will close to accommodate this work, which is anticipated to take up to two weeks. The sidewalk to the south of this work area will be closed as well. The roundabout will be open for turnarounds, and the two westbound lanes of 13th Street will remain accessible for entry. Drivers will be directed to exit via 10th Street during this time. If you have questions, please contact publicaffairs@portofeverett.com.
