City of Everett Grand Avenue Park Bridge Now Open for Public Use!

Date: Sep 1, 2020

On Wednesday, August 26, the City of Everett announced the completion and opening of the Grand Avenue Park Bridge. This new, highly anticipated 283-foot-long bridge provides a new, walkable connection between Grand Avenue Park and the Port of Everett waterfront. Access the bridge on the waterfront side adjacent to Central L-Dock (just north of Lombardi’s restaurant), cross over West Marine View Drive and connect to downtown via Grand Avenue Park. The bridge is wheelchair (and even bicycle) accessible and features several observation points along the way to stop and enjoy the views of the Port of Everett Marina and Puget Sound. We look forward to watching the community make use of this new amenity that the City and Port have been working to make a reality for more than 15 years!
