Ribbon-cutting Ceremony Celebrates Grand Opening of Everett's First Waterfront Housing at New Waterfront Place Apartments

Today, multi-family housing developer team SeaLevel Properties and Gracorp, together with the Port of Everett, hosted a small ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the official grand opening of the new Waterfront Place Apartments at Fisherman’s Harbor – the first phase of the Port of Everett’s 65-acre Waterfront Place mixed-use development.

This significant milestone brings housing to the waterfront for the first time in Everett’s history with the opening of the first of two, four-story residential towers – The Sawyer at Waterfront Place.

Port of Everett and City of Everett officials joined project partners and community leaders to celebrate with remarks from developers, Port Commission President Tom Stiger, Port CEO Lisa Lefeber and City of Everett Council Member Judy Touhy, followed by site tours.
