Of the 3,000 acres of waterfront property owned by the Port of Everett, more than half is dedicated to public access.  Everett’s destination waterfront features a variety of recreational opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy. 

The area boasts more than four miles of continuous waterfront trail system, picnic shelters, parks and plazas, a splash fountain, and year-round special events including waterfront concerts, outdoor movies, car shows, art festivals, half marathons and more. The area is also well known for bird and wildlife watching, kite flying, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.

Stay

Book a stay at the new Hotel Indigo business-class hotel at Fisherman's Harbor with 142 rooms, first class amenities, a saline pool, restaurant, gym, central access to all waterfront features and more!  Need event space? They've got you covered with more than 5,000 square feet of flexible event spaces. If you are looking for a quaint getaway, check out lodging at the popular Inn @ Port Gardner. This boutique hotel with nearly 40 waterfront rooms offers an intimate feel in walking distance to local restaurants, trails, events and more. The hotel offers small meetings and event spaces to support board meetings or small gatherings.

Eat

The Port of Everett waterfront has all the menu options you’d expect from a Pacific Northwest seaside town. You’ll find whatever you’re craving including several local favorites. If you’re craving surf, turf, or a little bit of both, stop in at Anthony’s HomePort or the new Jetty Bar & Grille. If burgers, sammies or pizza are more your speed, Anthony’s Woodfire Grill and Scuttlebutt Family Pub have you covered. Woody’s and Jetty Express have walk-up windows so you can go for a picnic on the water. Date night? After your sunset stroll along the water, grab happy hour and dinner at Bluewater Distilling or Lombardi’s Italian Restaurant. Or if you need to fuel up before you embark, grab some coffee, sweets and sandwiches at Seas the Day Café

Park

The Port of Everett hopes to create a positive waterfront experience for all site visitors from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. This experience often times starts the moment you park. The Port has been investing in a transforming destination waterfront here at Waterfront Place to offer a unique mix of uses from boating and marine services to retail and restaurants, hospitality and commercial office uses. The Port has implemented a city-required site-wide Parking Management Program to balance the parking needs of these unique  uses, and has retained a nationally renowned parking management firm, LAZ Parking, to support this program.
