The Port of Everett's interim commercial parking lot located at 707 Front Street on the Mukilteo waterfront is now open for use.

The Port purchased the former ferry holding lanes across from Ivar's, just under 1 acre, from Mukilteo Landing LLC to ensure the site's future redevelopment strikes a balance with the community's desires.

In the interim, the parking lot provides 99 visitor and commuter spaces with hourly, overnight and monthly parking options. LAZ Parking is now processing monthly parking permits. If you are interested, contact portparking@lazparking.com.

Pay to park at walk-up stations at the lot or via the LAZ Parking app from the Port's parking operator, as well as text-in or web pay options. The Port will monitor and evaluate lot demand and parking mix to best meet waterfront needs.
